Who we are
Lines4You is a registered Dutch software company based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KVK 42029905). We are the controller for the data processing described on this page. You can reach us at any time via the contact form or WhatsApp.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive only what you type into it: your name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and your project description. The site requires no account and stores no data in a database — your message reaches us directly by email.
Why we use your data
We use your contact details for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and prepare the assessment or proposal you asked for. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. We do not use your data for marketing without your permission.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes. Site traffic passes technically through our hosting provider and the Cloudflare network for security and performance only.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Our security provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies for protection purposes. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser only.
Retention and your rights
We keep your message in our email inbox for as long as needed to reply to you and follow up on your project. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — just message us and we'll take care of it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
